What we take out is the biggest key to weight loss... The closer we eat to an all natural diet, the quicker the weight will melt away. One of the biggest issues in the western world, is that most of the shit that is marketed as 'healthy' is quite the contrary.

what's the go there? I missed half of the thread
Lol, it's all good.

Just with my heart and troubles and shit.

I went from training hard twice a day to nothing for the last 7 years. Need to be cleared by the prof's before heavy weights.

My job involves a lot of sitting around doing nothing (Like the dole only it pays better).

I'm afraid I'm going to stack on the KG's.

I'm going to speak to upper management about getting treadmills installed.

Linus Torvalds has the right idea.

The standing tables are a bit questionable. The problem with them is that you tend to lean awkwardly when you stand for too long which results in bad posture and spinal problems.

A better option is to get up and walk around every 30 minutes.

I can see that happening.

Can't you get adjustable ones, or are they just set to sit and stand?

Yeah, you can get adjustable ones. They cost a fair bit though.

We were offered them at work and I told them not to waste their money. I'm in the office about 4 hours per week. No way I need they kind of thing.

Thinking about a PB attempt for Saturday, somewhere between 70 & 80km... it's going to be 31° :grimacing:

That would be epic. Starting early I assume.
I thought I was doing well- 90 min run and 1 km swim Saturday and 80 km ride Sunday-
But 70-80 k on foot is next level
