He is suffering from alzheimers, thinks he is the number 7 and takes the ball as first receiver.

Needs to go to England.

Been saying it for awhile now, but he needs to accept a Mitch Aubesson style role. Club legend, limited minutes off bench, no captaincy and that's it.

He shouldnt be blocking a young fellas progress and if he is, why isn't any of our coaching staff recognising this?
spot on with this.

He is too slow in the role he is expected to play. The other locks who play as a ball player have a bit of speed over ten or fifteen metres. He is no threat with the ball, and stifle the already ordinary attack.

would be curious whether Jackson could nick himself an ESL contract... he lacks the size to be impactful or the skill set to provide another point of attack in the NRL... in other words, offers nothing on either side

Is the problem Jackson or a coach that hasn’t identified that there’s a major issue there and won’t do a thing about it?

Tbaz is either way too stubborn for his own good, can’t identify the problem or he doesn’t have a clue how to fix it. It might be a combination of all three.

Jacko’s best days are long gone but there’s definitely things Tbaz can be doing right now to fix it.

Yeh today is the day I’m coming around to Thompson being let go at end of year for the $ and Jackson needs to retire. Bloke isn’t. A shadow of himself. Complete and utter passenger.

These 2 eating 1.4+…you can sign two absolute guns for this.

Sorry but either Thompson has lost his desire this year with all the shit about him or he’s just not that good.

Jackson is just done. He doesn’t belong out there anymore. I have huge respect for what he’s done. Blokes a fucking absolute warrior and dog through and through to stick through us in such years. Though right now he is a major liability.
Sadly, that's true. He hangs around for offloads, then dies with the ball, or throws a ridiculous pass that is knocked on.

Arthur Beetson was dropped. Coaches these days are too scared to drop high profile players when they're not performing.....he's taking up a space that could be improved by another player.
Could that be because some coaches and players share the same managers?

I'm with most and agree Jackson is probably done. But what a kick in the guts to be dropped for not performing by a coach that has never performed!!
