OFFICIAL | PRE-GAME Bulldogs vs Dragons @ jubilee stadium - 8th March 5.30pm

True, about our lack of depth in our centers, but on the plus side both Critta @ Xerri are both young, also if meeded Burton could play their and, I'm sure C C should find another 5/8, perhaps Cassius,
How would u rate our backline compared to other teams? I feel we really lack speed particularly now that JAC is no longer with us. Our,wingers in nsw cup have potential but seem too raw for NRL. Would love Averillo back.

Just because I give an opinion that u don't like u say I'm trolling this site. Really? I stand by my opinion that Xerri is,slow, lacks spark and doesn't offer enough as a centre. I hope that he proves me wrong this year.
Yes because saying that he is slow is an absolute joke.

I rate our back line, although not the best some-what above average, I rate Tracey above average at F B and Sexton about average at H B.
As for our wingers lets hope and pray that Kiraz is @ remains healthy, as for Willson and Montoya, one or both could supprise.

Koula and maybe herbie could match him for pace. I'm struggling to come up with another centre who has him covered.
Valentine homes, averillo, ketone stags, penisini from eels, Jess ramen, jack wighton

Xerri was NEVER going to be some game breaking centre last year, he wasnt even picked to start the year.

He was good last year for a guy out for four years.

About his speed and "lack of footwork". I agree he dis look slow AT TIMES and then other times he looked fast asf tbh. Against Melbourne he used footwork and speed to blitz Meaney. Against the Wahs in Auckland it looked like he was shot out of a cannon chasing a grubber, and other times he looked slow.

I think he will be better this year, he still needs to be conditioned to playing. You dont miss four years of footy and come in and start carving up LOL

Match him? Bro, they absolutely cook him lmao. Xerri is a slug, couldn't accelerate through a gap or skip around a defender to save his life last season.

Xerri has come back as a decent yardage centre with good footwork at the line to not get dominated and decent defence… that’s about it for now. Far from a strike centre and if we are being brutally honest Critta isn’t that either. Serious lack of strike power in our backs.

We are in for a long year!

But what you have to realise is he is basically a rookie, and a rookie that hasnt even been playing!?!?!

Rookies who come into other teams are atleast playing NSW cup for years, Xerri was doing nothing lol

He had a great tbh

we really need to go add More pace to our backline. we Desperately need a gun fullback and another fast winger and centre

Yeah of course, becauae HE WAS PLAYING LOL

He was playing through the grades and then NRL.

Before last year he was training in a gym and doing IG for four year lol, what do you expect

He'd be comfortably be in the top 10 out of 34 centres running around so if that's a slug fair enough. Bloke had a great season last year, this criticism is rather left field

God lord surely the critta comment is satire?

In a one off 100m sprint, sure. In a rugby league match, not so much.

I didn't expect much and he did far better than I thought he would to return the way he did but if we're purely comparing his performances to other NRL centres then I wouldn't even have him in the top 50%

Probably not.

But he still basically learning the game. Hes basically a rookie who had zero development for four years.

He had a good season under those cicumstances.
