On the contrary... Ciraldo highly values players who show an infectious amount of enthusiasm.Does anyone else think having a starting 6 that plays small minutes, can barely run and a weak defender is a good move? I don't see any other club picking they're team like this.
JR, JAC, Mahoney and TPJ generally offer this. JR and TPJ however can't do it for long minutes before fatigue and I'll discipline kicks in, so you have to use them sparingly to spark the team but remove them before it starts costing you.
It's unfortunately where we are at with players around them not able to lift themselves let alone the guy next to them.
I don't blame him for using these guys to motivate the team. I blame the individual players who can't lift themselves once heads go down
