Thanks guys, appreciate your thoughts. Just hoping I don't have to go back inside on the eve of my sons and the Dogs seasons starting soon.
If it comes to that, at least there's nurses to flirt with. And if hospital time is what you need to ensure you're around to see your boy give you grandkids, you'll battle through it.

In saying that we all good that you don't need to. Feel better soon mate.

Thanks Al, appreciate it.

TBH the worst symptoms is I'm so lethargic and the nerve damage is moving up my spine now and it's effecting the back of my arms.

But you know me, I'm too much of a stubborn **** to let this get to me.

Could be, but I had guilt from day one TBH.
I know that, but it would be worse closer to the day.

I will sound like I am running your life, but here goes.

Have you written to the family lately. Just have a heart to heart with them. (no pun intended.)

Tell them your milestones. (eg: A year without having to be in hospital etc.) tell them how brave they were for what they did etc.

Don't sugar coat it, tell them how you feel etc, but you keep fighting for their son & your family.

@ASSASSIN

How did you go today at the hospital.

Just read your post in the NFL thread.
This was my 36th biopsy in 13 years, average is about 15 in 13 years. So she couldn't go in the usual spot because of scar tissue and had to go higher up my neck.

It was a disaster and now the local has worn off I'm in pain and can't move my neck. Wasn't the worst session, only needed 2 stitches and this time the gave me a local when stitching me up lol

Should be ok in a few days.

Thanks for asking sis.

Far out.

I sometimes think, we are experiments to them.

Hope the pain isn't too bad.

I know I am, I'm a sucker for nurses and doctors and having an extremely high pain threshold gives them the green light.

PS I thought having a high threshold was a good thing, they keep telling me it's not lol

Thanks Wen. Should have the results tomorrow. Hopefully it's good news. Don't want to go back in now that my boys and Dogs seasons are starting.
For sure. So glad the team has come good for all you guys with health issues who def wouldn't object to to some long awaited footy success.

Make sure you keep us updated on lil' Assassin also....we've been following his progress all these years :grinning:
