I'm hearing ya Dogna88. Myself and the family have had it for the past 4 days and we all feel bloody awful. Lethargy, sore neck and back, hot and colds, a painful sore throat that feels like razor blades and absolute zero energy. Two paracetamol and three hours later two ibuprofen on a 6 hour cycle is the only thing that has helped. Hope you get better!

It has hit everyone pretty hard. We had half the office out for over 1 week. The Mrs got it and ended up with a sinus infection that lasted 2 months. It didn't hit me too hard, but I still ended up with a chest infection that lasted two full courses of antibiotics.
Is it a new strain or something?
Yeah. Apparently from the current flu season, over 60% of the cases are from a new type A strain. That's not uncommon, there's usually new strains around. But it's preferable that they're new type B strains. Type A strains are harsher. They're the ones that usually end up killing people.
