shakes are good for shrinking the size of your stomach/appetite and its really strict with lil or no leeway so if you stick to it you wont binge or snack as much as you would on an eating plan. As long as you go back on a low calorie diet once you're off the shakes and keep up the exercise you can keep the weight of and succeed. hth

anything low calorie would. Some ppl are just hopeless with food and need something strick but nutritious to go on. A daily of steamed fish and veggies for example will have the same calories but if shakes works for them then let them have shake.

i dont get stretchmarks ? :s

I have one of those gay bends in my back.

Just a small one, what exersises would help get my back straighter ?

And a stupid question why is breathing in and out so important for a workout ?
I think its because holding your breath while doing it tends to raise ur blood pressure a fair bit.

Ever seen anyone hold their breath doing bench. They go purple.

holding your breath is increasingly difficult and a danger to life

3rd month of training, swapped from condell park bfit to train station gym at bankstown, i go at times where there really isnt any idiots, but down to earth body builders who dont mind giving a tip or a hand, so far im liking it there

but yea bootcamps not a bad option, they treat you like dogs though, or so i've been told
