The Rabbitohs should be skinned alive for this but they are a protected species and off the menu.

Dont worry about it. They just have to ring the bell and they are all clear.

She is refusing to go public herself and be exposed
The NRL will just pass on a nice payment from Souths players to shut her up
It’s all going to be played out behind the scenes
All parties involved know the pictures are not fake
This corrupt organisation wants a cover up,unlike the dogs

If true, they should be fined twice as much for knowing the spotlight is on this sought of thing and still being dumb enough to do it!
One dumb bunny!
You do know it happened in May.

Why does it not surprise me that the Telegraph was the go to in this..? AND they have neither identified nor published any photos. LOLLOLOLOLOL! Yep they will name names and publish photos when they have SET UP a story.

Souths have sat on this for nearly 4 MONTHS, brushed it and not even given any heads up to the NRL. This is far worse than our Mad Monday episode which the NRL has severely punished.

Souths themselves have been extremely negligent not even bothering to follow it up instead treating it as JUNK MAIL. Certainly was junk mail (pardon the pun).

The two players in question KNOWINGLY exposed themselves with no thought of 'privacy' and we have all parties sitting on their hands, but when the Telegraph invades the privacy of someone who had no knowledge of the photos and did not expose himself to the general public is castigated and criticised from pillar to post and shamed by the publication of his name and photo: smacks of double standards.

AND it raises several questions " Did these players even think of possible repercussions, did they not think that it would be brought to the attention of the club and the league and what was the relationship between the players and the woman in question."

That's my assumption as well. I'm sure the "forensic analysis" they did confirms the emails ended up in the spam folder, I'd like to see the analysis for why, there are many reasons it can happen so give us the info? The only reason they wouldn't say why it happened is if it was intentional.
Yes and the forensic analysis should determine when those emails were first opened and why they would go to his Junk file if he already replied to her initial email and her email address was accepted.

Who did he notify up his chain of command about the first email and report to, that Souths players had been acvused of visually sexually abusing an innocent young 23 yr old. Why didn't Shane Richardson follow up.

Go after them.

This will be an interesting one, because the Daily Telegraph can't actually publish the photos under the new "intimate images" section of the NSW Crimes Act 1900.

Also brings into question if a revenge porn offence has been undertaken here (either by her or the players).

But we all know it'll be swept under the rug, so no point discussing it really.

SOUTH Sydney forward Zane Musgrove has been charged with domestic violence offences.

The Rabbitohs player faced court on July 11 to answer charges of common assault, common assault domestic violence related, and intentionally or recklessly destroy/damage property - according to a statement from the NRL club.
He pleaded not guilty and is due to face court again on September 19.
The Rabbitohs say they were aware of the charges and court appearance and stood Musgrove down from playing duties.

They reinstated him once he faced court and pleaded not guilty.

The club says their actions were endorsed by the NRL’s integrity unit.

NRL's response will be: This is a private matter between the club, the player involved and the 3rd party :p the privacy of all involved in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I smell another Lodge situation coming up. Just pretend it didn't happen as its not an NRL matter :p

Privacy is not in the dictionary of the NRL nor the media.....

Yep, just seen that. Oh Rabbitohs, showing us how it's done. They need to pull that article back out now and change it. Two acts against women, one lawd and one assault. Seriously if these pricks don't start coping it like we did over Mad Monday then it's just totally disgusting as these Souths allegations are far worse than what we did. We had no victims, Souths have 2.

The woman sent an email to Brock Scafer Football Operations Managwr who replied to her saying they would investigate. She heard nothing for 5? days and emailed again and then emailed again a few momths later. He says he were in Junk file. Lie. He replied to her initial email that went to Inbox via email so any subsequent emails ftom her would have gone through. Unless he arranged for them to go to Spam/Junk.

Didn't inform Integrity Dept...additional half million fine.
Brock is obviously stationed higher than he should be. With such a serious accusation, you would surely advise the CEO & one of you take ownership of it & make sure you follow it up. At the same time you MUST advise the NRL Integrity Unit. There's a $250,000 fine right there!

It will be fairly easy to determine if George was involved.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the Rabbitohs have a CEO at the moment as Brian Richardson resigned.

NRL should ask facebook for the facetime videos.

They would have a copy somewhere.

Facebook keeps everything that is posted etc.
You need to make mutual assistance request through Australian attorney general to u.s attorney general as Facebook servers are based in California. It's a real prick of a process and would never happen for a non law enforcement agency. Even then I dont think they would keep facetime videos. The girl took screenshots so her statement plus the screenshots should be just about enough for the civil burden of proof you'd think (depending upon whats said in player interviews)

2012, we were outplayed
2014 - yes.. it was all rigged for souths to win.
I sort of agree with 2012. However I could not believe how much shit Melbourne got away with that whole game. (i.e lying all over the ruck and Slater not getting penalized for leading knees into Perrett and tackling JMOZ without the ball). Yep The NRL never wanted us to win 2014. The whole build up was all Souffs.
