HE may have slipped the noose with the wilful damage charges against him discharged by a Cairns magistrate yesterday but no sooner had "Gorgeous" George Burgess breathed a sigh of relief than a new problem reared its ugly head.
Nude pictures of what appears to be 21-year-old Souths pin-up have surfaced online, finding their way to a men's gay porn site.

The two nude "selfies" (front and profile) are believed to have circulated on Twitter last week and come just as the NRL continues its attempts to clean up the code.

The Souths Leagues Club has said it won't be taking any action against Burgess, who wasn't returning calls yesterday.

FRUSTRATION over being stranded outside a woman's apartment on the outskirts of Cairns is believed to have incited South Sydney enforcer George Burgess to trash a car and security door.
The Rabbitohs hardman has been fined $10,000, outed for two matches and ordered to undergo anger management counselling after Queensland police charged him with two counts of wilful damage.

Burgess yesterday issued an unreserved apology and admitted guilt over the incident, which occurred around 2.45am Monday following a night out with teammates in Cairns.

Souths players celebrated their 30-24 victory over Gold Coast at popular backpacker nightspot Gilligans, where it's believed Burgess became friendly with a woman.

The party was captured on social media by fellow Englishman and North Queensland Cowboys player Scott Moore, who posted a photo of himself and brothers George and Sam Burgess on Instagram and Twitter with the captions "3 English bonk dogs" #reunited and "Sh*t gets messy when the Brits get together" #getloose.

The Daily Telegraph understands George Burgess was driven to the woman's home in Redlynch, about 20km west of the city, and was the only player to leave the group.

A short time later Burgess became agitated and sources close to the NRL's investigation have claimed his frustration was not related to the woman's conduct.

AN alleged nude video chat scandal has hit the NRL on the eve of the second week of the finals series.

According to an exclusive story in The Daily Telegraph, South Sydney is investigating accusations “high profile” players left a 23-year-old woman feeling “violated and disgusted” when a Facebook video chat turned lewd.

The accusations have swept across the NRL and hijacked public attention away from the NRL finals with morning TV and radio conversations instead dominated by the South Sydney scandal.

The conversation turned quickly to the impact the scandal could have on the Bunnies’ season with NRL great Laurie Daley declaring the added scrutiny has the potential to “ruin their season”.

Daley told Sky Sports Radio on Friday morning the players will be affected by the arrival of television cameras at Friday’s final training session.

“This story will get bigger and bigger as the days and weeks go on and the Rabbitohs have got a big game against the Dragons on Saturday night, so I’m just wondering how much this will shake them and put them under the microscope,” he said.

“You can only imagine at today’s captain’s run what it is going to be like. Every television and radio and newspaper journalist will be there and they’ll be looking for comment from the players.

“This has got the potential to ruin their season.”

When asked if it could derail their season, Daley said: “100 per cent”.

So just passing on what I was told apparently one of the Souffs players involved is Sam Burgess.

I don't know if the information is correct but the guy has been reliable previously.

I hope it's true that it's Sam Burgess involved.

If correct it explains no photos published by media.

Greenturd and his NRL lackeys would have been in frantic contact with media to ensure the incident is swept under the carpet.

Greenturd probably threw some $$ at the media to bribe them to hush it up.

Could have used some of the money from our fine.
