Settle down.
We should all take a moment to laud the effort of Kyle Flanagan.
To be picked from number 9 in Reggies to represent your state as No7 is fortuitous in the extreme - a testament to the selection prowess of his coach.
Fortunately (for QLD) he turned in a quintessential "Flanno" performance with predictable results.
I still can't fathom how you wouldn't pick the best halfback to have ever existed to dominate Origin, just like he said he would (it's his last frontier).

But we shouldn't forget other commendable contributions of pure genius like picking Addo-Carr on the opposite wing to which you sent all the attack. Why would you want to get your fastest player into any clear space, and from the side he's been so good on since you didn't pick him the last time?

How about playing the reigning Dally M Medalist & premier halfback in the competition at right centre, for 10mins, against 12 men? After you'd struggled for points all game. (nice one).

In other news. Yeo was poor. Looks like Harrison needs a new role model.
And Teddy looks tired. Should he bring a wheelchair or a walking frame to the next game? Are you allowed both?

What selection shake-ups should be expected from the Fizzler as he panics his way straight out of the Origin job over the course of his last two games as NSW Chief Pretender - what a myth he is (Low IQ - NFI).
Fucking gold!!!

The major issue is the coaching. Game plan was awful, and Tedesco was rubbish.
Was thinking the same puts the ball under his arm and dances around no looking to offload or link ip with another player. Big difference between him and Walsh.

Safe to say both tavita and jac will be backing up this weekend for us since neither got their jumper dirty last night. Both made costly errors and missed tackles that only further proved they shouldn’t be near rep football again anytime soon

Dumb offload by TPJ - QLD try
Bad miss by Hynes and Fox - QLD try
Not a great night from our reps
How about the try Tedesco robbed from Foxx?

Early in the game, about 5 metres from the line, Foxx unmarked Tedesco only had to pass the ball but tried for glory and hogged it al la Schoupp used to at club level.

Maybe be saying Foxx had a better game with a try next to his name

Alamoti is even more useless. Worst player to play for the dogs outside of Reynolds

Does Tedesco realise he is allowed to pass the ball?
Hogged last year to. He was terrible and has been pretty much all year. On form Edwards should of been fullback he would’ve been all over that ball for qld first try and probably makes that tackle fox missed when teddy fell over.

Yea, fox gets beaten 3 on 1? Def his fault.
T throws one bad offload in an other wise very good game and they score 4 tackles later? Def T’s fault.
Let’s drop them both and replace them with more roosters.

You make a good point. Fox actually did the best he could considering the circumstances and was only a thread away from grabbing his shorts.

Fox playing on the wrong side and received the ball once from a pass. Every other time he touched the ball was a kick return or scoot from dummy half. Tedesco, Frizell killed every attacking play. TPJ carried the ball well. His offload was unforgivable but Luai and Tedesco shouldve put in better efforts for that Cobbo try.

Hate to say it but Addo Carr defence is questionable turbo not utilised they keep attaching critta and too side teddy looks burned out latrel being ruled out was obvious the qld teams players all in form at the moment plus nsw looked gassed 20 mins into the game
What would I change
Drop teddy for latrel
Have Campbell graham in the centres
Play Nico hynes in 6
Start junior paulo
Play TPG off the bench
Have burto as the utility
And drop Addo Carr I don’t think he’s 100 still

The TPJ failed offload was costly. He does this a lot. I’m still shocked he made origin but I guess he comes back to clubland a better player.
Yeah he fucked up with the offload but lots of positives in his first stint at SOO and can only come back to our club hungry to improve.
