I'm justifying nothing, but it can not be glossed over that the jury found her innocent. Plus many respected scholars, barristers and judges agreed that in the those specific circumstances whilst calling someone white has an undoubted racial element it is not racist, not according to the law anyway.

The black versus white comparison is a furphy, it was in a police station with 3 white police officers in attendance.

Did you think if the situation was reversed it would be classified as non-racial and the case thrown out? Not a chance IMO.

Why not call the officer anything else? Attack his profession. Call him an arrogant c**t, which I am sure he was. Why resort to racial comments?

Found not guilty or guilty doesn't matter. She is still a typical "I'm a victim of life" hiding behind political correctness. Shit character, shit person.

Black V white comparison isn't a furphy because she has brought race into the discussion.l (no one else). What's the difference if she was at a police station with 3 officers or at a restaurant with 3 workers? If you want to be fair and credible you need to be able to compare and be fair across the board.

Juries are one thing with a celeb. A judge slapping down costs says - nah - you fckd up. Be grateful you got away with it.

Course if you reckon a jury is more nuanced on law than a judge - what can I say?
