Beauty thing about not paying off a house or renting a home.
By the time you hit 40, you still look like you're in your late 20's to early 30's and can still pull younger women.
I've dated women 7-12 years younger on average because of it.

It is a business decision to be a "landlord". A lot of money is invested in properties. Sadly, the legislation is so heavily biased towards renters, it is probably not a viable option to buy properties. They destroy them and just pack up and leave without paying any back rent.

I think it’s hard for landlords as the rental increases always lag.. we get hit with interest rate rises or costs and then you gotta give the renters 90 days notice plus can only sting them once per year..
