So now the police are saying he didnt take a second test.. The first tests are trash can get em off temu he will get off regardless its just the timing of this week thats stuffed us.

He did 1 of the 2 temu tests and the oral test. The oral test is the one that matters.

Test takes about 20 mins to run. Assuming the MS is cal'd and ready to go. 30 - 40 mins for that but no doubt this is a high throughput machine. Add about 30 mins for chain of custody.

Issue is the queue in front of him. My guess is due to the conflicting stories, his sample may bump some of the queue.

No. That's not the case at all.

From all reports. He took the saliva test. That's the only test that matters in court.

The wipes tests are not evidence. whether he did one wipe test, or 5. It's doesn't matter. All that matters is the results of the oral fluid test

How have they sullied the force.

The main test is the saliva test, not the swabs.

JAC sullied the club & team & 'lied' to Gus. Gus seems to be taking the lying well, in front of the the camera, behind closed doors he would be fuming.
