News Mitch Woods impressing in pre season

I think Woods will play a lot of NSW Cup during the second half of Season 25. He might debut at NRL level in 2026, but he won't play NRL this year. Would like the NSW Cup side to start the year with Tia at 7 and KO at 6, Hutchinson can be 14, with Hayward at 9 and Taffe in the 1.

You also don't give him much credit and you throw a lot of barbs at him.

Some on TK don't like it when others have a go at their opinions.
But there is a big difference between giving an opinion and making a statement of fact, especially when these 'facts' are dubious at best.

Woods is likely to play plenty of cup this year and will likely debut in first grade
 
Hed wanna impress. The amount of wraps on him. Despite being chased by all codes, did any other nrl clubs have a decent crack at him

No he's not, he has barely even started in Flegg lol.
 
And Sexton is still looking for offers beyond 2025 - might tell you something about how in demand he is

There are a lot of variables around this.

I think Tia is ahead of Woods currently. I think Tia will start the year at 7 in cup and is more likely than Woods to get a debut. Woods might be his halves partner in the 6.

The progression of any of the young halves will be determined in some ways with what happens with Sexton. If they extend Sexton I cannot see anyone outside of injury taking the NRL spot.

if Sexton extends the development will be slower for all the pathway halves.

what about Joseph O'Neill? he has to be starting 6 next to Tia... Hutch needs to retire and stop clogging the pathways
 
KO is the forgotten man..gus went big to get him
