Rajab should be groomed
Rajab should be groomed
Spot onYep has a go reminds me of foran actually
One part i liked about him ,he made a mistake and was so dirty on himself and tried to make up for it in d and didn’t make any more errorsDidn't get to see the NSW Cup game but I'm glad to hear Rajab is playing well at that level. He has a tonne of skill and is a natural footballer. Hopefully we can keep him long term and he can keep progressing.
Spoke with Tangles todayHaywood is a 7 and khaled is a running 6
He was playing fullback in flegg
Problem is he is a 5/8 and we have a better one infront of him.Spoke with Tangles today
Said he see’s Khaled as a half
That’s why he is seen as a 7Problem is he is a 5/8 and we have a better one infront of him.
im no expert, but from what I’ve seen he plays nothing like a traditional 7. Not an organiser at allThat’s why he is seen as a 7
Hope he’s kept here, I like him
Burton to fullback is the answerProblem is he is a 5/8 and we have a better one infront of him.
Excellent he will fit right inim no expert, but from what I’ve seen he plays nothing like a traditional 7. Not an organiser at all
You are correct, he is a running6 and that’s why he was playing fullback in flegg as a runner.im no expert, but from what I’ve seen he plays nothing like a traditional 7. Not an organiser at all
You know more than anyone Steve that there is no such thing as the traditional 7 anymore, unless youre referring to the way footy was played in the 90s.You are correct, he is a running6 and that’s why he was playing fullback in flegg as a runner.
haywood is a traditional 7
What would you call hastings, Townsend, frawley, and we cannot forget our very own @FlanagunYou know more than anyone Steve that there is no such thing as the traditional 7 anymore, unless youre referring to the way footy was played in the 90s.
Shit houseWhat would you call hastings, Townsend, frawley, and we cannot forget our very own @Flanagun
They need to have a bit of speed and be prepared to run straight. One of the many problems at the dogs is that half the spine Averillo Flanagan have been prepared to run straight - they can back up n finish but an unwillingness to pressure defense by running straight means they will never create much.Shit house
Top halves in the comp are exceptional runners of the ball - Hughes, Cleary, Moses and the next best thing Walker
We’ll there is, they are more so game managers these days. Cleary is a game manager and Luai is a runner, he doesn’t get the team to 40 or 60, Cleary does that. You know more than anyone Steve that there is no such thing as the traditional 7 anymore, unless youre referring to the way footy was played in the 90s.
The spine needs to be balanced - ideally all four are prepared/ capable to run and organise if needed - no good having all organising throughout the game - i see it now as having one dominant out of - 1,6 or 7 - too many ball playing/ directing / organising slows attack down. Teams that have the lock also ball playing really need to have running halves and fb. Penrith hav eYeo n Cleary and Api to ball play -everyone else runs. We’ll there is, they are more so game managers these days. what makes Cleary so good is that he is also a running threat.
Because he's exceptional at it, and he's always been a great runner of the ball. He has developed his skills in managing a game of footy as well as his kicking game. Kids dont walk into first grade with great kicking game and able to manage the game from 1st to 80th minute. Only a handful of players have been able to do that in history of rugby league. We’ll there is, they are more so game managers these days. Agreed. If you have a good 9, takes the pressure off the 7 and 6. A good fullback will do the same. The spine needs to be balanced - ideally all four are prepared/ capable to run and organise if needed - no good having all organising throughout the game - i see it now as having one dominant out of - 1,6 or 7 - too many ball playing/ directing / organising slows attack down.
