Hi guys, sorry for the lack of updates. As Blue and White mentioned, Eddie had the hiccups since Sunday. While it doesn't sound bad, imagine being punched in the chest by Mike Tyson every time you hiccup.

That was the bad news, the good news is he's out of ICU and he's in a ward. His heart is beating on its own and his heart rate is 70, which is great. Two days ago the doctors were saying it could be two to three weeks to beat on its own.

Awesome news.. I do have 2 cures for hiccups.. 1. A drug called baclofen..sold under brand name Lioresal..which aids in suppressing my spasms..a side effect is no hiccups as it stops the diaphragm from spasming.. 2. (My personal favourite) Scare or shock him..works every time..but be careful..he is a heart patient! Lol!

Tell him "See... all those previous stays in hospital begrudgingly WERE worth it in the end". I know he hated being in "jail", but in the end, look where he is now (and for a far better reason.. RECOVERY!).

I know he was really down in the dumps for a while there recently, and again, it's all worth it now

He's an inspriation to many, and a posterchild for the mantle of "never give up".

I wish him all the best in his recovery

I knew Ed is the fucken Aaron Ralston Mark II,

He made the 80% faulty heart work hard enough to make him live for over 5 years, how can he not make this 100% healthy heart to work on its own.
