No... CONSTANT abuse of forum members, when you've been banned for 24/48/72 hours for it in the past, and warned (officially and unofficially) about 30 times in total.... gets you a 7 day ban. It's clear as day when that ban is issued that if reoffending occurs the ban will double.

Returning immediately and abusing moderators (who are just doing a job) has always attracted harsh penalties... they aren't party to a conversation where user abuse breaks out to begin with. Take it the same as walking down the street and just telling a random strange to get fucked.

Maybe he is undergoing some problems in personal life, but this isn't the place to take shit out on other people, simple as that. We've got threads here people can talk about their troubles in and confide in others. There is never an excuse for abuse.

To wait out 30 days just to come back and have a final say on something, just shows something clearly isn't right with the guy, and he needs to get that under control.

The problem is that he can't accept/see he's the problem. Everyone else is the problem and "woe is me I'm the victim in all this". Would be like a person assaulting someone then claiming they were bashed.

As for duplicate accounts, they get found, and when found you lose not only both accounts, but all posts from them are removed.
Call me crazy but could his account have been hijacked by his kid or something?
Maybe he's been disciplining him too hard

Dude it’s a Sunday morning in winter... why are up this early??
Because we were heading out to a Doggy Day Out event with the pooch before my wife went to work :grinning:

Nope.. and it's not the first time moderators have copped heat from him.

DAILY TERRORGRAPH EXCLUSIVE
by Phillip Sloshedfield
Saturday, 29th June: 1:30pm

The Kennels resident molten steel expert and ever controversial Indianboy has been handed down a lengthy sentence today by the Kennel Court of Justice following an ugly incident merely minutes on his release from TK Correctional Centre.

Taking to private message, Indiandog unleashed on several moderators with a plethora of foul language in disgust over his previous ban (for abusing moderators as well).

Whilst Mr Dog could take an appeal to The Kennel Supreme Court, that is also likely to fall on deaf ears.

In his handing down of the sentence Judge Moda Rator stated that the offence was of a serious nature and could not be overlooked given the posters past.

Mr Dog was handed a 6 months to life sentence.
Well done, Phil Sloshfield lol, had to take a double take, started reading and then went hang on.

I doubt the Indian will be back after all this,

It’s well known I have had run ins with the Indian in the past, non for a while now.

That being said he is a real personality on the kennel, and the place will not be the same without him.
Yes it will. Good riddance to him. Fucking tosser

Went nuts at people because they didn't agree with his assessment that cogger is the worst defensive half back ever, plus he kept going on about cum, every second word I saw in his posts it was mentioned.

Pretty sure he sent some pretty nasty pms too :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:
he'd be spewing this morning because cogger actually wasn't too bad yesterday

I'd like to propose a deal that will unlikely take place. In fact I'm sure this will lead to LOL galore.

Earlier this year, @Nabsolutely Fabulous was paroled from Kennel Exile when the Bulldogs won their first game of the season. Now my initial proposal would've been that IF the Bulldogs were to win this years GF (LMAO), that Zee would be paroled.

Seeing as though the chances of that happening are so slim, they make Slim Shady look fat, I propose a new celebration... and that is as follows:

If the Bulldogs avoid the wooden spoon in 2019, Zee is paroled. What do you say @Mr Invisible?

He'll be back in December anyway... and completely difference circumstances surrounding both incidents/users.

People forget that a lot about how you get treated here by mods goes on how much you contribute to the rest of the forum (when not trolling/causing trouble), and how you interact with moderators. Moderators don't deserve to cop a gobful for just policing this place. If you're understanding, polite, and respectful when you get pulled up for something, then you can expect to be dealt with fairly.

I can tell you that I've had it all on here (including copping death threats/threats I'll be bashed).

EXAMPLE - User is being abusive and is pulled up on it and warned (or banned for 24 hours).
I generally see three reactions from users:
Reaction 1: User is apologetic/respectful and explains their case. Mods appreciate that.
Reaction 2: User ignores warning/ban and continues to argue this moderators that they were in the right. That can put mods offside.
Reaction 3: User abuses moderators and tells them where to go. That does not end well.

In addition to this sometimes you'll strike up a PM conversation with a user you've pulled up and talk about stuff totally unrelated and get a better understanding of each other. That gets you a bit of leeway/understanding as well.

Also these days when a user is pulled up on something, several moderators are tagged into that conversation to prevent "he said this... oh well he said that" situations developing.
