No tarwhine. All were accounted for as bream by the club captain and secretary, 1 is 60 year old the other is 50-something and have been fishernmen their whole lives.u got 2 tarwhine there boss, both under size. Question mark over a couple of thr lizards too
Defiantly all bream mate, caught plenty of both and no tarwhine thereNo tarwhine. All were accounted for as bream by the club captain and secretary, 1 is 60 year old the other is 50-something and have been fishernmen their whole lives.
Tarwhine have a gold streak through them and 7 scale lines above the lateral and the minimum is also 20cm.
But thanks for being a Graig about it
Yeah I was pretty confident, just wanted confirmation 1st before I stated definitively.Defiantly all bream mate, caught plenty of both and no tarwhine there
I’ve got a few pics of tarwhine I will put one up so they can see the difference
Defiantly no mullet eitherYeah I was pretty confident, just wanted confirmation 1st before I stated definitively.
Didnt matter anyways because they were all legal.
I shouldn't have even bothered after I was told the mullet (that aren't there) were undersized
Those fish are in great condition, alot better than my fillet and release varietiesView attachment 34253
Middle left is a tarwhine and can see the obvious difference
Smallest bream there is 29 to the fork, as that’s how there measured in the real catch and release comps
Need to be 25 to fork not tip of tail in these type events
Heaviest bag wins
This was from an ABT bream event I fished
All fish released from livewell in perfect condition
Heaviest bag of 5 bream per session, this photo was taking as my biggest 2 bream were being weighed for the “big bream” for the event
Tarwhine released also
Forster racks bream, I must of lost 15 that dayThose fish are in great condition, alot better than my fillet and release varieties
Just up the road from Forster. Love the oyster racks but they arent as fun when you're fishing with luresForster racks bream, I must of lost 15 that day
Boated prolly 15
Your starting to sound like Rex Hunt as he holds up a 20cm cracking BreamThats only because the bream were absolute stonkers.
Like I'm going to weigh in illegal fish to a fishing comp you niff nuff
But thanks for being a Graig
I think hes shit stirringWhich flatty is undersized there?
