I'd love him at lock, personally I feel his career best form was playing there for the TigersOne player that fills a massive blank is Ryan Matterson, should be our top target right now. Lock or right edge back row, huge upgrade.
Gets that extra kick from all the disco biccysSo is Matterson. Shaun Lane shits all over him.
Hetherington will be there in place of Waddell hopefully. I miss not having an out and out animal to watch crunch the opposition at every opportunity.Fill in the blanks for 2023

He's not a starting player and would struggle to make the bench at better clubs. I don't know why everyone still rates him so much.Hetherington is fucking shit lol
Bang on really, and close to my suggestion. We are a coach & 4 starters away from being real title contenders. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 are in the spine. Shane Flanagan would be the coach I'd go after.

Would have loved to have signed Paulo from the eels..he is a beast and the type of prop we needHetherington will be there in place of Waddell hopefully. I miss not having an out and out animal to watch crunch the opposition at every opportunity.
No doubt King will be resigned and if not it is a disgrace as Patolo needs to
Improve a lot to deserve a jersey. Ava is depth only. Topine and Doorey will be more first grade ready and will be in the mix. Hetho could be used s prop if need be in games too.
Fullback is the burning question.
Fuck that's a depressing roster. Still have one more year of pain to goCould use an upgrade on Averillo and Flanagan. Another problem is too much money in players who aren't NRL standard - Waddell, Allan and Burns specifically.
Nonetheless, it is a decent squad that I'd be predicting to go 6th-10th.

If we go into next year with Flanno as starting 7, we may as well give up any hope of playing finals

I'd have one of Alamoti/Skelton in the centres over Burns, BBO at 7, Perham/Toia at 14 (I like outside back coverage on the bench, I think we've signed Perham? Not sure if he's top 30) and Topine at 17.
We've strengthened the top squad and top 30 in general by a lot so we're going to have a lot of options and players fighting for positions which is good.1. ?

We need a 1 and 7 badly or it's gonna be 2022 in repeat. Our spine is looking fantastic except for fullback and halfback. We've strengthened the top squad and top 30 in general by a lot so we're going to have a lot of options and players fighting for positions which is good.
TBH bro, I though Averillo was quite impressive when he was playing for the Kangaroos PM team. He did a lot right and looked good in attack. I've probably been his biggest critic BUT playing in that Aus team he looked good at FB. I'm hoping he has a massive off season and owns 2023.We need a 1 and 7 badly or it's gonna be 2022 in repeat. Our spine is looking fantastic except for fullback and halfback.
