Koops will be a rep second rower when fully fit and with more experience IMO, there is SBW, Harrison will be a very good first grader and isn't far away at all from being able to play FG, and Bobcat's runs haven't been damaging enough as a second rower for a while so front row would be worse I would think.I personally don't think our backrow stocks are really that good.
I would release Maitua & Te Maari tomorrow if I could, all with best wishes for their futures. Haven't seen a lot of Harrison - but everyone speaks highly of him.
Ryan should move up to the front in the near future.
Koups has some potential (I have previously stated how I would like to trial him at 5/8 next year). Sbw hasn't completed a season yet.
I really think we could improve our stocks with another two second row / prop forward players. Proctor fits this well as he is still only a kid, but a massive one at that.
Jesse Royal is the other I would love to see taking the hit-ups in a Dogs jersey.
Reni still has a tonne of talent, and if the team is going well next year and his confidence lifts then he would likely re-capture his Rep form and Lee T, well, I know his form has been poor, but he is still young, and was very impressive last year before his injury. I think he, like Koops, is still hampered by his injury, and his best is yet to come.
Anyway, I know you have different thoughts, but IMO, money would be better spent on props and centres where we lack depth than second rowers and halves where we well and truly have our bases covered IMO.
