If it’s not deep dish pizza it almost ain’t worth having and the only deep dish pizza worth having is from Pizzeria Uno in Chicago... the creators of deep dish pizza. Johnny Fontane’s in Darlinghurst does a good recreation but nothing quite like the original

Problem with Italians the dont change just because nona used to use chopped tomatoes and basil with nothing else in her pasta doesn't make it better, just means the ***** were to stubborn to evolve and say hey bacon may be good in this also authenticity can get fucked if improvements on flavor can be made

That’s not true at all. Italians in Italy do a lot of things differently and experiment. It’s Italians here that got stuck in a time warp and don’t want to change. Look at Osteria Francescana. Number 1 restaurant in the world. They do everything differently

Only $10 for a medium pizza. I love manoosh on the south side of the tracks

The shop you're talking about is also at Marrickville..

I go there sometimes monday-wednesday when they do their pizza cheaper.

The Marrickville shop is better because it's less noisy on Illawarra road plus on the side street behind the Greek sweet shop there's a bunch of Africans selling drugs from one of the houses there. I like to stare at them and make them think I might be an undercover cop?

The kebab shop at Chester hill do good pizza and pide.

TC Brothers are good guys... always throw in extras.... ordered kebabs at 3am one Black Friday and they threw in a complimentary large box of chips.

Don't be fooled by the lazy company name, Berowra Pizza Restaurant do an amazing rolled pizza for $6.. probably slightly dearer now.... nice little stop off before you hit the freeway.
