Last 2 games have been burtons best without a doubt. His running game has evolved. Hope he can keep it up. Averillo best game. And a few solid runs by Hughes at the end too got us out of trouble. Edwards was big today as was Waddell. 2 players I don’t rate but they were huge for us in getting a win today.

Flanagan was our damaged link. When he touched the ball it stopped our attack.
He was the reason we were flopaganing.

When Reynolds was at 5/8 that was our best attack all year.

Second half was more of a defensive effort.
Can't take away how good our defence was.

They scored when we had 1 man down in the bin.

And from a mistake TPJ did with silly off load.

Burns was epic, Mahoney was a beast, RFM stepped up, Hayze and Alamoti was solid, Burton getting better in #7, Oluapo was composed, Waddell improving… but last but not least Avo, I’ve been sceptical of this young man’s leg injury and defence, but he scored those tries on pure speed and guile.
