The British introduced us Assyrians in Iraq to HP sauce, especially on eggs.

I love HP sauce, it's like a thicker version of Wostershire sauce, one of the world's best sauces.

HP sauce is awesome, sub it for bbq most of the time.

And on tonight's menu, we have a meat lover with hot Hungarian salami and shredded pork, and a garlic scallop with anchovies and avocado pizzas with a four chees blend.

While not a master piece it's comfort food simply get whatever noodle you want use the packet stuff add garlic ginger spring onions and egg, while you are airfryin pork strip's up job done.

Falafel (air fried) with chilli sriracha sauce, trying to be good and avoid leb bread but I know that won’t happen.

Add some fresh tabouli and you got a winner.

I ate it with tabouli and toum mixed with hummus and it’s a great combo, didnt bother with the tahini this time round.
