PS how did they come out in the air fryer?
excellent, 190 for around 20 mins with a turn half way and crispy outside with a soft centre. Best part is they are so light, flavourful and zero oil taste that comes with a fry.

if you have a air fryer try a batch next time and I’m sure you’ll love them, try 10 mins and go from there.

I always have my mums falafel in the freezer ready. I'll definately give them a go.

Going to a’ Mare tonight $175 per head for a set menu. Italian restaurant in the Crown casino. The person’s birthday it is is vegetarian so be interesting to see what we get. I’m good with vego but it better be exceptional for that money. Apparently they make and cook pasta in front of you and mix it through a huge Parmesan wheel and serve it instantly ect

Just checked the menu. Horseradish emulsion? Good luck bro. Personally off to Brothers kebabs shortly for lunch. Will be thinking of u....

Trust me last night I said so what’s this fucking place we are going to? And tried to bail my missus said no you said yes a few weeks ago. It’s all school principals as well by the way including the missus so they are just going to fucking talk school shit. I’ll be dreaming of your kebab with chilli and garlic sauce

Breasts dry out too quick - brine them first and you'll nail it. Plus if you put some extras into the brine, you'll get that coming through.
soaked them over night in buttermilk and some franks, these were thighs but next time I will try breast because the tenders from my first attempt were great too.

Breast is cheaper and easier to cook so I want to stick to that going foward.
