What is your favourite (CURRENT) TV Show

It's very easy watching late at night. Smashed through 3 episodes already.

Hope they do renew it

I will say that it definitely ends the season well if it gets renewed. It kind of reminds me of a less complex Supernatural, or a more serious Evil Dead.

Watching 2nd season of Severance. I dunno - i just cant quite get into it. I mean, its a brilliant concept of a show, and had Christopher Walken in it for a bit, as well as the weird looking but hot Nepalese chick who used to be in Neighbours.

I tried it as it had an 8.7 rating on IMDB. So, in line with shows like: Oz, The Shield, Peaky Blinders and Mad Men.

For the anime nerds, Solo Leveling is great. Binged season 1 and 2 the other day. Looking forward to season 3.

Two episodes left. One coming out tomorrow and the next coming out Wednesday week.

But it has already been renewed for a 2nd season.
Okay good, I'm dying to binge it. Literally haven't watched a TV show since last year

Loved season 1, season 2 was a mixed bag. There was some really interesting stuff and they expand the lore into some weird areas. But the end of the season is very meh.

Season 1 ended at a point that technically was a cliff hanger but you'd also be happy if that's just how they ended it. Season 2 ends with a definitive, but also pretty average cliff hanger. And it feels like they're stretching the concept out until they can really figure out where they're going with it.

I have watched many shows recently. But without much focus as I usually have to watch it on a tablet while sitting next to a child that's watching Bluey, or Peppa Pig, oe something else just as annoying.

I won't hear bad things said about Bluey. Its the one show I can actually watch with the kids.

Peppa s annoying AF and she constantly fat-shames her father.

Don't get me started on Gabi's fucking Dollhouse.

I read it ages ago, I assume season two ends somewhere around the Jeju island arc? Drops off a bit after that. It's really popular though, looks like it got a good adaption unlike a few other manhwas lol.

I give the remote to the kid and she manages to find the weirdest stuff. It's usually some Russian show with really poor English or some low budget show with really bad voice acting, but she loves it.

Yeah, I don't know the Manga but I think season 2 finishes the Jeju Island Arc. He clears the island then goes back to the city and basically finishes the season with everyone knowing he's the hero but also everyone hating him because he's lazy.

Yh that sounds right. I see they've also adapted the beginning after the end but the animation is straight cheeks lol

Anyone watch the latest season of TLOU yet? I assume they didn't do that scene?

Too much stuff happening in one episode?

I do miss the days where Goku spent 4 episodes charging up one attack.
Shonen slop has always been shonen slop. The anime had caught up to the manga week by week hence the long fights and talks in dbz. I miss 1990-2000s anime that had soul, concrete storey lines etc. This leveling up Isekai nonsense is everywhere now

No they didn't. I am not a huge fan of the direction they're taking with it so far, I guess it is only the first episode of this season, maybe it will improve.

I like it so far. It's a lot like the game with only slight differences. Important to note that they haven't made it to that scene yet. They only got to the night before it.

One thing I didn't like was Ellie seeing Joel on the porch. In the game that scene wasn't shown until the end and it was different in the game. It was a happy moment. Here it's just an angry moment.

I really liked Bella Ramsey in the first season, but this second season she is insufferable, nothing like ellie in the game so far, again maybe that will change soon. I am trying to write this in a way that doesn't give away spoilers lol
