New Cunk Series, "Cunk on Life"

If you haven't watched it, watch Cunk on Earth. It's hilarious

Gunn has confirmed that after the Superman movie, the next project will be Peacemaker season 2.

If you haven't watched Peacemaker season 1, I highly recommend it. Even if you didn't see the second Suicide Squad movie.

Don't like the casting of the Superman movie but willing to give it a go.

Peacemaker season 1 was really good.

If you're interested in crime, then watch Into the fire on netflix. Really good 2 part docco

I've started watching Silo, anyone watched it? If yes thoughts?

2 seasons and I'm about 3 episodes into season 1 so far seems quite alright to me.

I watched one on the ABC Until I Kill You 4 parts so about a 3 hour watch.
I won't spoil the story but another example of the flawed UK justice system..pretty sad what happens anyway but when very very bad things could have been prevented...fn hell, it's a disgrace.

Very underrated show. Full of mysteries with some nice little twists. The latest episode ends on a great cliff hanger.

just finished Tulsa King Season 2.

What started as a show that was actually something different/original, its morphing a bit into another typical mob drama.

Halfway through squid game season 2. Its still great, and its good they didn't rush making it (took 3 years after the end of the first season)

I enjoyed it. I think most people are annoyed that the ending wasn't as wrapped up as the ending of the first season. But the first season was always meant to be standalone with the option of a possible second season. The second season is very much made with plans for a 3rd season. It does feel like it's not a full season though.

Watched the season finale for two shows today:

Silo (season 2)

Really like this show. Keeps getting better every season. And fortunately, they've planned the end. The show has been renewed for two more seasons with season 4 being the final season

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew

I expected this to be crap but each episode I found more enjoyable. It's very much a family friendly adventure. It's pretty simple and it is literally Goonies in space. But I honestly think it's one of the best Star Wars things I've seen in a long time

Binged "Light Shop" on Disney Plus.

It's a Korean Horror/Drama. Starts off a bit slow but gets really good later on. Starts out as a supernatural horror, but focuses heavily on loss and acceptance. Really enjoyed the series.

It feels like they originally wrapped it up as it does full wrap up, but then they obviously decided to setup for a second season 'cause after the show is over and the credit roll, there's another 10-15 minutes that sets up all this new stuff.

This is a Podcast recommended watch on YT.
Must confess i never knew much at all about Aussie comedian Jim Jeffries who hosts the 1% club on 7..the only place I knew him from actually.
I know a lot more now and I fucken like the bloke.

Goes for 90 mins appx. and Bouris is the interviewer but even if you don't like him don't let that worry you.

He lives in the US tours the world with his stand-up.It is no surprise he has the same take as most normal people about US politics, the general state of affairs and Trump.
Well worth a watch imo.

** also he has had 2 now HOT asf wives, comedy pays in more ways than one baby.

Watched Jim Jefferies a lot when I was younger. His earlier stuff was just full on crude and hilarious. Then he became super famous after he did the American Gun joke and it just steamrolled from that.

Yeh I honestly don't recall him though may have caught a glimpse at some point years ago.
Literally was wondering who he was when I saw him on that 1% club.Said platform not ideal for a comedian same same can be seen with Lee Mack on the UK version.

Funny raw and interesting and he still swears like a trooper, Bouris was even possibly taken aback by all the flying C words lol
Enjoyable for me I guess as I didn't know Jackall about him, definitely a funny guy.

I have good news and bad news FROM fans. The good news first: We’ll be getting another season of MGM’s popular-yet-super-underrated series, which is something we’ll all be dying for by the end of Season 3 this coming Sunday.

FROM, which I’ve called the spiritual successor to Lost, is a show about a group of people trapped in a mysterious and unnamed town (I call Fromville) terrorized by hideous monsters and confounded by impossible mysteries. It’s one of my favorite current TV shows, and while I’m not surprised by the renewal—it’s the most-watched show on MGM+—I’m certainly relieved. You never know when a studio will inexplicably cancel a series these days.

The bad news is a little disappointing. Production on the new 10-episode season begins in 2025 and the first episode won’t drop until 2026. That means the wait will be over a year, though whether it’s a year and a couple months, or a full two years away remains to be seen.

Sheesh. I'm going to have to rewatch the entire show in 2026 to remember what happened.
