Superleague is RFM’s likely landing place unless it’s the Warriors with us picking up most of his freight

Too easy if we can't offload him.
Ambassador for the Clubs and Teams sponsors.
He spends his time representing their interests weekly.
Example, Laundy Hotels has him signing autographs out of a different location each day of the week.
Advertise it to draw in patrons.
Sure there would be many that would love a word or two with him over a pint.

ShoeGrab could have him dress up in the ICP clown suit and spruik their store outside of it with a sign.

I reckon the Storm or Warriors would be good for Mariner. Storm have a young back row and need some experience after losing Sims. Mariner is a Warrior originally and now that we have Curran it seems only natural he could go back to Warriors.

Maybe even the Dolphins who are always searching for expeience forwards. Or he can go play with Corey at the Sea Eagles maybe as their back row seems a bit thin as well.

Warriors removed Curran because they wanted to promote players from within. They had a Top 30 issue and solved it with ease and no financial loss. Manly backrow is Jake T, Schuster, Olakau'atu, Waddell and Ben T. Not sure they be in the market for another.

Dolphins have signed a few players and lost very few they be right on the edge of having 30.

Storm always like to pick up loose end signings with no financial impact on themselves. Depends how many Top 30 spots they have remaining.

All comes down to whoever has Top 30 spots available.

As each day passes the more the Bulldogs have to pay for RFM to be at another club next year, he remains in our Top 30 or he receives a full pay out. All those scenarios the only options and all bad business by the club.

Wasn't Gus supposed to be announcing all our new signings by Nov 1?

Bad for business why?
If we can’t find another club he can play in reserves.
Are you going to be another 04dreaming with everything is negative? Or you are 04 dreaming?

.
He’s 4 days into a new contract year, so it’s not panic stations. There are a plethora of options that can happen between now and kick off.

I have no issue paying out 100% of his contract if it means he goes to SL, or a portion of it if it means he plays against us for another NRL team.

Gus should look at 20 to 21 year old Caleb Navale from Manly playing actually starting lock for Fiji.
