Nah, I have a cat. Also, had to lay some roach baits down. I doubt they would have interested it, but wasn't sure.....didn't want it to get hurt.Just leave it there TBH. My mother has one that's been hanging around her place for years. He'll be there for a few months then disappear than come back. Maybe you could befriend him or her.
Anyway, things escalated. He moved from behind the fridge to behind the dryer and there's a bait laid down there, so I figured I had to move. My cat cat also turned up at the door wanting to come in, which was a complication. Luckily, he is inquisitive, but not aggressive. I've seen him sniffing at lizards before, but he never tries to hurt even the little ones. Anyway, I let him back in so he wouldn't dissuade the lizard from leaving, told him to keep his distance (which he did) moved the fridge and escorted the lizard out by very gently prodding him with a broom. Just enough for him to feel it and get moving. Luckily the dryer is right next to my door.
