Amazing how history repeats itself and the people who can stop that repeat never seem to learn from the previous time.
Fifty years ago President Lyndon Johnson died. He was a lifetime politician/public servant with no other identifiable source of income, but his estate was worth something like twenty times his lifetime earnings. One would have thought his republican opponents and the fourth estate would have been curious about where LBJ's personal money tree was planted - but crickets!
Now we have another president, also a lifetime politician/public servant with no other obvious source of income. He isn't dead yet, and so his wealth is not a matter of public record, but he is clearly not short of a quid, even by presidential standards. Surely some enterprising investigative journalist could put together an estimate of Biden's wealth? I doubt if the oversight committee are actually interested in getting rid of Biden, as virtually anyone else the Dems could pick would have a better chance of winning in November. They want to dirt him up as much as they can, without actually removing him from office.
