I would pick all of these guys for our backline in first grade before Okunbor.
Of those , Skelton could be an option. Kiraz would be a better winger, but I also think he might be one of our best centre options. But the rest aren't much more likely than Okunbor, obviously you only have the Foxx on 1 wing ?
We have plenty of options. At least 29 other options. We could literally put anyone that either plays in that position or not in the 7 .

Yeah we are a bit light on props. I just don’t think he’s shown enough for a top 30 spot.
He has had a lot of injuries hopefully can stay fit. At flegg level he was dominant carrying the ball, but very few games. Same with jack Todd.
Perham is a utility back. Plays anywhere from 1-7 and plays pretty decent for that. And all other plays play at R11, so that frees up Rajab, Gray, Hayward etc
