Had a rubbish time guys. Spent two nights away from home. Wife has given me the ass.
Two young kids. Shit situation.

The marriage ain’t working but it’s not completely broken yet in my opinion. Hers is different.

Just feel guilty about the kids. Very guilty.
Overall my head space has been really good and level tho.

Life ain’t over either but honestly it’s a massive shit sandwich at the moment I am walking in the wasteland.

@the duke is there any specific thing you can put your finger on as to why it isn't working? Or are you both completely aware why things aren't working?

I just finished IV Methelprednislone (3 bags) and they upped my prednisolne from 10mg to 100mgs.

Dropped 4kgs already in 3 days, nauseous, non stop hiccups and zero appetite.

It's gonna be a rough 4 weeks until I'm weened down to 20mgs a day.

These roids do the opposite, they eat muscle and shut off the immune system, even more than my anti-rejection meds.

That sux @the duke i wish i could give you some advice mate, as ive never been married nor have any kids. But all i can say is keep it as civil as possible for the kids. I hope shit works out for you.

On a side note: I've recently started taking Omega 3 fish oil supplements. Ive read that the EPA has been proven to help with mood so i thought why not? I believe its actually helping me deal with it a bit more.
Has anyone tried this and has it helped you? I wonder if it still helps those with cases much more serious than mine?
