fruit/nut bar couple peoces of fruit ~10am
Subway/salad/tuna for lunch
I try to stay away from maccas/HJ/kfc etc and i dont drink softdrinks
Been a bit lazy gym wise of late
right now? a 1.5km, 5min walk, 5min running before my workout, get warmed up, then followed by another power/walk jog after im finishedThe fruit bars i get are those go natural ones, pretty good.

I have bad ankles, after about 10mins of running they get really sore, to the point where it hurts to walk. I generally do a slow jog on the tredmill
