Binging is my problem too.

Whether im stoned or upset over a guy, i just dont give a **** about the diet anymore because lollies and KFC taste better.

Add me to that list. I've been known to demolish EVERYTHING when I'm down. Sometimes stuff I don't even like or crave!

AAD you weren't fat - I think that's just baby fat that would have melted off when you went through puberty.

Varied

I eat mums food when she cooks (lebo food is very fattening)
No breakfeast most days
fruit/nut bar couple peoces of fruit ~10am
Subway/salad/tuna for lunch

I try to stay away from maccas/HJ/kfc etc and i dont drink softdrinks

Been a bit lazy gym wise of late

Been a bit lazy gym wise of late
okay i can already spot out some wrongs in your diet, listed in order of highest priority

1) YOU NEED BREAKFAST!!!! eating less doesnt mean weightloss, eating more does! try and go for a high fibre breakfast with low sugars, wheatbix, sultana bran, anything like that with milk, preferably skim. get your metabolism going
2) leb food, isnt that bad as long as you minimise leb bread, that stuffs deadly.
3) try and have 4-5 meals a day, small ones.
4) try and munch on fruit as much as possible, you seem to be doing that, but the fruit bar and nut bar are high sugar
5) subways only good if its a 6 inch
6) RUN LIKE A MOFO, and drink only water

My prolem atm is food portion, i always seem to eat till im full
Leb food kills me, so nice
I dont really drink enough water, prob a ltre a day


How often did you run?
I have bad ankles, after about 10mins of running they get really sore, to the point where it hurts to walk. I generally do a slow jog on the tredmill

Hey young slash that's pretty good progression dude well done. Make sure you work on everything equally and not just upper body or just arms/chest etc.

Wait till you're 19 b4 u even think of starting a course, hopefully you'll go natural always.

Don't let the older kennel bullies tease ya :p when you're 21 and massive they'll pipe down!!!

How often did you run?

right now? a 1.5km, 5min walk, 5min running before my workout, get warmed up, then followed by another power/walk jog after im finished

so all up about 2.5-3km

but before i was doing 1hour of intensity cardio

i do L.A just been lazy on forearms, but everything else is going along well
