At the same time loyalty can go too far and in Haslers case I think he showed way too much loyalty with some players.

Players in my opinion that had way too many chances and should have been dropped way before they were not resigned were

Sam perrett
Mitch brown
Jonothon wright
Even josh renoylds

So many more players he actually showed way too much loyalty sometimes

Brown was no good.
The other three guys played many great games for the Dogs.
Ok not this season for Reynolds, he played like a busted arse.
He just couldn't handle the contract stuff and football at the same time.

Renoylds has played the same way for the past 4 seasons

Jono wright hardly played a good game and Sam fricken perrett would high five the whole team every time he did a mistake which was 5 times a game.

Jono Wright played many good games. Also he was on minor ducets.
Sam also played many good games on the wing.
He was much less effective at fullback but again he wasn't getting big dollars.

I was satisfied when the club let Reynolds go.
And yes this season was a shocker.
But from 2012 to 2016 he played a lot of good games for the club.

Lloyd was highly rated when he came to the Bulldogs. Roosters were so pissed they stole one of our promising juniors Samisoni Langi. It didn't work out well for either team.

Williams was the one he should have dropped. Way too loyal to that overrated hack.

Yep he is spot on. I read the same thing. Ironic we got far better service from Sam. I also never rated Lloyd. Always came on and made mistakes or gave away penalties.

Too funny, I remember seeing him high 5 half the team after a mistake from a kick off. It was ridiculous especially when he walked about 5 or 10 metres to do the last one.

Our isp side have been underwhelming for a while now but then we sign him up & they make the 8 without hardly any fringe first graders & has them playing a BETTER style of footy than our first grade side idk what he does but he has a little bit of nrl coaching experience & from what I remember when he was caretaker coach at Tigpies the squad wanted him to stay on instead of bringing someone new in. He gets his players to want to play for him . But i dont know ...
