ISIS never existed specifically. Its just another crazy ass ideology where the brainwashing overrode common sense. Hence why you get people all over the world triggering into it occassionally. Like Dumpism.

It became an official movement. It was never a state, that was just their drive (to create an Islamic State), but it became a collective movement with military structure.

A few issues.

1) We're talking about ISIS still existing, not America's role. It seems like every time you're questioned on your post, you change the subject. Very politician like

2) America didn't really form ISIS or even directly fund them. That's a conspiracy pushed by nutjobs like Rand Paul. The US did fund rebel groups in Syria and they have funded other rebel groups in other countries that became terrorists. But there's no evidence the US funded ISIS in any of its forms. And even if they did, ISIS is it's own thing now. It's a collaboration of people who collectively hate America, along with their hatred of anyone that doesn't support their version of Islam
