1) We're talking about ISIS still existing, not America's role. It seems like every time you're questioned on your post, you change the subject. Very politician like

The US did fund rebel groups in Syria and they have funded other rebel groups in other countries that became terrorists. But there's no evidence the US funded ISIS in any of its forms. ISIS emerged in 2003 in response to the US invasion of Iraq. The Syrian war started in 2011. Other than the fact that ISIS started as opposition to the US, why would they wait 8 years before doing anything?
