Yep been warning the kids all week stay the fuck away from trees after rain. Seen a band last frid was having a durry on that very tree said to a mate this tree will shit its self soon,didnt expect the fucking thing to near clean me up a few days later

True story. 10 years ago, wanted to move to the shire and the missus was keen on Bonnet Bay. I was less so, within the agreed 1.5km radius of the mother-in-law. Found a nice house, good price and I pulled the floodplain card. As I pulled the card, knew the Dam above hadn't spilled in 25 years and hadn't caused flooding in BB for 50 years. We didn't go with it and moved elsewhere. You do what you have to do.

And Bonnet Bay evacuated today. Feeling very vindicated .
