To each their own.... I think if Seibold coached this roster m, we would be losing by 30 plus every week.

The players simply don’t respect the coaches capabilities.
Andrew Ryan spoke today on the radio about the 2004 team under Steve Folkes. He talked about folkes half time talk in the GF against the roosters and how their fitness would get them over the line when we were down 13-6... they came back to win it 16-13...
Also talked about how hard they trained...Folksey took them to dark places mentally to make them strong...
We need a coach like that again ...

I honestly thought we had the best possible side we could before kick-off.
It's amazing how one injury caused the biggest reshuffle ever. The plan B committee got this so horribly wrong.

Low morale. Heads down. Not coaches fault. It was the same coach who won 7 games at the back end of last year. The same coach who beat St George a few weeks ago. The team slection this week on paper looked as strong as we could possibly field...then Hopa goes down and everyone gets reshuffled and played out of position. My biggest issue was:

1. Wakeham is not the answer to partner Foran
2. Forans involvement has been non existent since he's been back
3. Holland should not be anywhere near a wing
4. Every team has an attacking hooker except us.
5. None of our backs except Meany and Hopa can catch a ball

Mate, our support play has been non existent even when we were winning, even when we won 7/10 at the back end of last year. Obviously it’s not encouraged on the training field.

He was an untested junior, and the club didn't let him go, he was off contract and his dad took him elsewhere. We didn't have a choice. Nor did he. It was all his dad.

Everyone off contract must go to start to get some self respect into the joint.

Elliott deserves to go and further his career. In our roster he would he taking too much for not enough return in a weak pack.

I do believe a clean out of the club coaching stocks is required. Whatever we are doing, it's not working. Players are just too structured. It's been a while since Hasler was here now. So there is no need for us to be in this position if the players were being taught better.

JMK's NEVER gonna be in the class of Harry Grant. Might as well try Katoa and see how we go. Where's the support when someone makes a break ? Is this a reflection of our attitude / coaching. Why wait so long to inject Renouf ? (one of our best attacking fowards). Never play Holland in the backs again FFS. His catching is worse than DWZ. Sick of us running one out and easy targets for the opposition defence - especially every time Tolman gets the ball. Why doesn't RFM do offloads any more ?. We would have been better off with Reynolds over Wakeham.

At the end under Des I didn't think we could play any worse but we probably do now, When was the last time we running last in the comp ? If the coach aint to blame must be those above.

He's been pretty average but not many halves are going to look behind this pack and this coach.

The whole team is disjointed and clueless. With the way the game is played now we are looking even worse. Quick play the balls, six again are exposing us even more. Bad times .

Hubby said the same thing. If what you have out there is not working and you have someone, heck anyone ,who can play the position and they have not had a go give them one. Don't just settle for the same old same old...gets you nowhere real quick as we have seen time and time again.

Will hate to see what we put on the field next week against Souths. They are not setting the world on fire themselves but they will kill us next week.

He was at least one of our better performers.

Now even I am beginning to wonder if there is an issue with the surface of Bankwest. In three games over a few days four players fall victim to injuries involving legs. It looks patchy but seemed firm under foot. People talk about it being a very dewy ground......

Yet our solution is to let good players go. Good clubs wouldn't let good juniors go- they are literally the easiest ones to retain and they would stay for less. Our track record in the last say 6-7 years is nothing short of abysmal in retention.

Lets look at the worst one- Cook! Where is our biggest weakness right now? Hooker! We let a great hooker go to keep some old has been...

Then to compound this Harry Grant was available this year, and what do we do?

Whoever is in charge of recruitment and retention should have been asked years ago.

Fix the spine you say? You realise how hard that is...especially when our dumb recruitment is going out and buying props all the time!

Stop overpaying for bench players too. Napa was a bench player at the Roosters and we've paid through the roof...

We were in the game until 5 minutes before half time,Holland drops a bomb before that but then 2 tries are scored on our left side.One a lucky bounce but poor read from Averillo to let Leilua on his outside,then a dropped ball from Averillo and a wasted challenge.Sue misses a tackle on Leilua and he runs over the top of Averillo and scores.
Fatigue killed us in the 2 nd half as only 40% possession will do. We had players out of position and the Tigers took full advantage.Holland made 17 tackles,JMK 25 on our right side and Reimis 1 and Averilo 7 on our left before going off.
We need to be fitter and it showed,with better use of the interchange as well.
