Not sure who taught you math but...

24 (warriors) minus 20 (tigers) = 4.
Fair enough, assumed it was 6. It is 2 games plus a lot of FA though, so it basically would require them to make up 3 games anyway.

I have a horrible feeling that the tigers are going to beat our boys unfortunately..!!!
with the way Farah,Marshall and brooks are going at the moe it may be a little too hard for our young halves to compete with all that experience.

The Klemmer incident was over a (frankly hilarious) comment that Klemmer made towards Packer after the game.

After the game ended and they went to shake hands, Klemmer apparently quipped "hope you washed your hands", or words to that effect (I got it second hand) in reference to this.

Largely a nothing issue and both will have forgotten about it.

Panthers, Broncos and Warriors are all on 24 points.
Tigers are on 20 points.

All are higher on F&A than Tigers.

Tigers 6 remaining games: Dogs, Knights, Raiders, Dragons, Manly, Rabbitohs. Max points = 32 points.

Panthers 6 remaining games: Manly, Raiders, Titans, Knights, Warriors, Storm. Max Points = 36 points. Bold = Potential losses = 34 Points end of season.
Warriors 6 remaining games: Titans, Dragons, Knights, Dogs, Panthers, Raiders. Max Points = 36 points. Bold = Potential losses = 32 Points end of season.
Broncos 6 remaining games: Sharks, Dogs, Cowboys, Rabbitohs, Roosters, Manly. Max Points = 36 points. Bold = Potential losses = 30 Points end of season.

So Tigers can definitely do it, BUT if we beat them this week MAX points they can make is 30 (so pretty much season over unless one of Broncos/Warriors/Panthers have a massive end of season choke).

Raiders are nuisance value for teams at the moment.

Tigers: Josh Aloiai = Broken hand (indefinite). Chris Lawrence = Hamstring, Broken hand (indefinite). Neither will play. Grant or McQueen will likely play instead.

Looking forward to this one. Should be a cracker.

This could get very ugly...and watch Mybe actually play well for a change, nothing is surer.
He never really gets tested under the high ball, Lewis should practice those torpedo bombs and throw them at him all game. Guareenteed a few drops if chase is good and even better would be to let him catch the ball and smash the cat simultaneously

I hope they do play as they sucked so much arse in the reserves last week.

I would not classify 40 odd points in FA a lot.

The fact that the Tigpies need to win 2 games to be on par, and Warriors have to lose 2 as well - if all 4 of those games are won/lost by 10 points on average, there is your 40 points.

Very doable.

David Klemmer, Russell Packer tensions could boil over after images tell story of lingering feud

JULY 23, 2018

STRAP yourselves in for Retro Round, footy fans, because these are the stunning images that threaten to turn ANZ Stadium into a powder keg on Friday night.

...

One shocked onlooker told The Daily Telegraph that tensions between the two almost boiled over on the field on May 27, to the point where Packer allegedly invited Klemmer to meet up "away from the cameras" so the two could sort out their differences.

Judging from Packers mood at the time, the feeling was they wouldn't be sitting down to talk it through over a skinny latte.

Wests Tigers coach Ivan Cleary said on Monday he was not aware of the incident, while Tigers chief executive Justin Pascoe admitted he had heard something had happened but had no understanding of what had been said.

But the witness who told The Daily Telegraph about it said it happened in front of full view of players from both teams and staff working at the ground.

At one point even Klemmer's best mate Aaron Woods attempted to calm Packer down without much luck. The look on Woods face indicated he was bemused by the tension. Woods was later seen in the Tigers' dressing sheds catching up with his former teammates.

The witness claimed Packer fired up after Klemmer refused to shake hands following the Tigers' 14-10 victory. From there it escalated as Packer followed Klemmer across the field and appeared to nudge him with his head from the side. Klemmer kept walking as Packer yelled out "I'm not scared of you" before the Tigers book end offered to catch a cab over and meet up with his opposite.

Just kick early as Mbye will no doubt be out of position

The key man is Marsters surely odds on for ROY.

He’s going to give us headaches

Just going to close this one temporarily until the Round 20 Teams are released, to avoid 45,000 posts of the team lists in here.

Played 13 games last year.

Jamayne Isaako is hands down the favourite. Only played 1 game in 2017 so still eligible.

Teams now updated.

Chris Smith onto an extended bench (taking Fine's spot).

Amazed to see Tigers still naming players that were knocked clean out last week (Farah, Garner, and Nofoaluma).

Lichaa again, Eastwood named. No Woolford? Pay sure is making it hard on himself. He's making some Des like DEScions by continually persisting with Lichaa.

Can we not have to suffer through his performances any more please?

Firstly, the season is gone so it doesn't matter.

Now what chance do we have getting rid of Lichaa if he's playing in ISP? Nil.

If, and I say IF by any chance another club may be interested they want a player playing NRL not ISP. Sometimes there are reasons behind selections and non selections that we are not aware of so the Lichaa bashing is getting so old it's boring.

Is Woolford in the top 30? I don’t think Pay really has a choice with Lichaa.
