i wouldnt bring roberts into the starting lineup, but i wouldnt be against him playing from the bench and coming on in a roving role for stagg in the last 20mins. however, i'm wondering if hes got a bad attitude and thats why he isnt on the bench. its possible???

As reported on NRL gossip last week - Now confirmed: Bulldogs Ben Roberts has signed a two- year deal with the Parramatta Eels, Roberts request for an immediate release was rejected by the Bulldogs.

I kinda understand why he left. Stephen Kearney knows what Roberts is like, he has played for Kearney's NZ team before. To be coached under Kearney for Roberts would be a good thing in his opinion. Probably better than being coached my Moore to be honest. Also playing alongside Sandow and Hayne would have been hard to dismiss because he will look better playing alongside them. Titans and Sharks would have made life hard for him without any other creative souls in their teams. Scott Prince is sure a good player but getting a bit old and when they get a combo going he will be gone. Sandow has a few years left in him though....
