U muppet - he paid $600 odd dollars to avoid being charged per NSW laws. If he was innocent, why pay the $600?

JAC. U Fck up. U lied about it. See ya.
That sounds like a bribe, do you mean a conviction ?

I like the idea of a cheaper contact extension in our favor to repay us and show loyalty.
That’s a very suitable punishment and benefits the team/club.

Does it matter as long as he is wearing a dogs jersey im sure any bulldogs supporter would be happy if we win the comp with him and Burto in the halves.
Yes it matters, bred not bought was our motto once upon a time

we aren’t looking to win the comp, the club is going to be a powerhouse again not some put together super team we are looking to create a dynasty

You do realise nrl players is one of the most toxic culture on the planet, these guys think they’re superstars and walk around like celebrities, just because some here are beyond obsessed and look at them as role models for their kids it is absurd
I fully realise that.
And I understand why most parents want their kids to look up to their football heroes.
Not just kids and parents but the NRL is fighting its arse off to stem the flow of young kids to the other football codes.
Could you imagine the massive, unrepairable damage if all of of a sudden this scandal was an everyday occurrence because
we all gave up on portraying a close to clean image for parents and their kids,
League would be just about dead played by westy junkies.
Wake up and look at the big picture.

You were with him were you?
If I was there could be a few more added to that list.
Lets not forget what other similar discretions he has committed in the past which has not come to our notice.
Not as though, like some other player, this was the first time he snorted and got caught.

At least 70% of all NRL players are on the coke and other juices only a handful have been caught.

95% of all off field sporting incidents involve NRL players 5% for all other codes combined.

Ah well, at least the other 69.5% are being smart and not getting caught.
Interesting how you mention other codes and we talk primarily about NRL players.
Cant understand how we dont hear about Union and Soccer players

Do you not think AFL, EPL, NFL, NBA etc etc etc don't have some players that walk around like celebrities and behaving like tools adding to bad cultures in their respective sports? Saying the "NRL players is one of the most toxic culture on the planet" is being naive to put it nicely. Every code on the planet have a player/s that don't stand up to be professionals but I can guarantee that the majority of well behaved, hard working and dedicated to their craft are role models to young kids. Have you never seen a kid run around the backyard or footy field wanting to be Turvey, Slater or Cronk? You need to clear out from under your rock bud and stop painting every player as "toxic". Maybe it's the wrong sport for you mate, Netball might be your style.

Sorry mate if a parent is allowing their child to look up to a 20 something year old I can see where the problem is
