Sorry, baby! Must have missed it. It’s hard to see every post while I gave maroondog72 maroondog72 laugh react stalking me, seemingly completely oblivious to the fact he is the joke and not the joker, baby!
Lol! Good to see the name back, baby!!

Would JAC money cover To’o to come play with Critta? I know we need middles, some would also argue maybe a 7, but To’o and Kiraz 1,2 punch would be massive.

Have you seen the one we’re Tallis gets passed to him a bag of a white substance at triple M while in the middle of calling a game?
I’ve shared fat ones in the cubicle of cargo bar with a certain raging bull

Wow kennels going to have a field day with this post

Because being caught with a trace level of coke in your system is in any way comparable to any of these offences.

I didn’t say support someone under any circumstances. My answer was clearly referring to JAC’s case, as is the OP. Stop deflecting with bullshit apple and orange comparisons, baby!
What I've really enjoyed about our club this year has been the constant talk of processes as to me it highlights a shift in thinking.

We're now looking to establish processes that become so engrained in a player that they become habits of a successful culture which is largely based around trust within the playing group.

Greater trust = greater success

A key part to this progress turning into habit is recognising faults early, and creating a process around this fault to either improve it or cut it loose.

Because if this fault impacts on the trust within the group, then the processes will be damaged and things don't become habits which ultimately harms our culture. Which goes against everything we're doing, right?

So ... we're constantly juggling as whether to support those faults or get rid of them. It's a constant process, right?

Is it worth continually trying to teach a player new tackling techniques going to work when he simply doesn't get it?

Is it worth continually trying to support a player with his personal issues if he never wants to take accountability for them?

Is it worth continually trying to teach a player about accountability, responsibility, trust etc when he simply doesn't get it?

Too many people on here are focusing on the coke, when I honestly don't see that as the issue at all.

Too many people are talking about personal issues when every player has them. Some more than others, but it can't be used as an excuse especially if it negatively affects the culture.

The impact an individual can have on the collective trust within the playing group is paramount.

Can fox be trusted again? And how will the reaction of the club either strengthen or weaker the club culture? That's the key here.

Look at the team and the results we've got with trust within the group!

This isn't about Coke or personal issues.

This is about accountability. Trust. Culture.

I'm honestly amazed so many don't seem to get that?

Baby ...
