Maybe it's the wrong sport for you mate, Netball might be your style.

Those players regardless of their age who make it to the top in their respective sport are looked upon as
heroes by the kids who also want to make it to the top.
Why do you think we have juniors.

Not just kids and parents but the NRL is fighting its arse off to stem the flow of young kids to the other football codes.
Could you imagine the massive, unrepairable damage if all of of a sudden this scandal was an everyday occurrence because
we all gave up on portraying a close to clean image for parents and their kids,
League would be just about dead played by westy junkies.

That all sounds bad, but in reality the people who make the calls (Abdo and V’landys) adamantly denied this fearful portrayal when posed the question recently on 100% Footy. They don’t see it like you do. Abdo even said off field issues were down significantly and the lowest they’ve been for a long time.
