Our front row next year is worrying.

That's what was said in 2019, we would clear out the last of the backloading by 2020 and we were supposed to have a warchest for 2021 and we would be looking top 8 matetial for 2022... did the Anderson ticket do as much damage as Dib and co.. it was like consecutive factions tried to destroy the club. Was there that much backhanded deals going on to get us to Perth?.
Well to be fair we have landed JAC, Kikau, Burton, Mahoney, King and Mahoney. That’s half a squad of quality players. If our next war chest gets us the other half we should be okay.

We have close to half our cap coming off next year. We will end up with quality players.
The problem is there is not many quality playets available...imagine when the 18th team comes into the comp

We have not won the metres made against any team this year?
Week after week the opposition pit on several hundred more metres per game. Coupled with our shit defence and fking useless attack.

I'm starting to get worried for next year and being yet another ground hog year of shitless for long suffering dogs fans.
If we don't fix the yardage problem we will be crap again, no matter who is playing half, fullback etc.

Really concerning we don't have props, as the flog Luke Thompson will 100% be moved on in the off-season.

So that means, Ava Seumanufagai is the only prop we have available and he's shocking. Philip Makatoa has been outstanding the whole season in NSW cup and is 23. Wouldn't be surprised if he signs a new deal with us.

It doesn't look promising at the moment but TPJ and/or Thompson and several others like Flanagan might be moved on, which will create a tonne of cap space. Gus will have replacements lined up. We just have to wait and see how things unfold.
Don’t stress. Gus is waiting outside the Chinese buffet to see who the biggest boys are. See if we can nail down a couple of lads as starting props

Thompson
Mahoney
TPJ
Kikau
RFM
King

Our starting pack is fine.
TPJ & Thompson. One or both might not be with up next year. I agree with King at 13.

A club needs 6 first grade quality Props. With King at his best position 13. TPJ & Thompson out the door. We literally have no first grade level Props in our top 30. The oversight on this one is a huge problem.

He's very average and forces passes when he's on an edge. He's solid and makes a decent impact when he plays as a bench prop as it simplifies his game. That's been the case for years. Like you said, he should only play as a bench middle moving forward.
RFM played his best footy under Dean Pay funny enough

By my count we are on rebuild number 3 since Hasler left. Every 2 years we're told we will be a power house in 2 years time. Now it's 2024.

Kikau will help but pea-heart TPJ's contract needs to be cleared at a minimum.
