There is a HUGE difference between enjoying a game and attending one. Far from convinced this isn’t a sugar rush expansion and then the NRL have yet another team that isn’t feasible long term. As it is we already have gone to Gold Coast when we shouldn’t have. NRL games in Perth attendances have drastically decreased too. You are putting all this on some maybe influx of Eastern States that’s a huge gamble.Like I said Broseph… influx of people moving over from the east coast (rugby league territory) and NZ (hate AFL), the population has almost doubled since last time, it has a ready made stadium. NRL games played in Perth get big crowds, Origin was sold out within hours the other year. Blokes I work with are born and bred in WA and are mad AFL supporters are enjoying league now as well since channel 9 started with two live games a weekend.
If we went to the Pacific we don’t have to worry about support at all. League mad in that area
