I would go further.
Make him train the house down full commitment no short cuts extra work but Dont select him in either team. He would soon walk
Problem is he shouldn't be near any of the players anymore. His actions, considering the heights he's reached (SOO, GF etc) is a really bad example to a group trying to change a serious losing culture. He's shite the bed and he shouldn't be allowed around.

I think it was his third notice because he had some sexting issue and now two Covid breaches. Either way Napa shouldn't be playing this week.
Correct.

The "sexting" one was kept behind closed doors. We were made aware of his 2 covid breaches though,

The five Bulldogs players that broke COVID protocols to attend a Bondi pub will appear before the club's board next week.

The ‘Bondi Five’ – of Dylan Napa, Brandon Wakeham, Corey Waddell, Sione Katoa and Aaron Schoupp – have already been fined, but further penalties are set to be discussed at the meeting.

While the group attended the venue together, it has since been revealed that Napa failed to attend a training session the next day while the other four appeared.

As a result, SEN host Andrew Voss asked The Daily Telegraph’s David Riccio if he could make an argument as to why Napa shouldn’t be sacked.

“I will single out a player, I’ll isolate Dylan Napa on the drinking session,” Voss said on SEN 1170 Breakfast.

“I don’t care if players drink in their private lives, I couldn’t care less, as long as they meet their commitments – well Dylan Napa didn’t.

“The team’s coming last, he’s one of their highest paid players, he’s a State of Origin player, he’s a previous Grand Final winner, and he doesn’t make it to training after a session on the drink with the team running last.

“Can you give me an argument as to why he shouldn’t be punted?”

“It’s ordinary, I can’t give you an argument,” Riccio replied.

“I can only give you a factual basis on how a player’s contract is terminated.

“It needs to be followed by three breach notices. I understand Dylan Napa isn’t at that stage yet.

“I would think he’s on at least two given his past indiscretions at the Bulldogs.

“He has been asked - along with the ‘Bondi Five’ as they are being called - to front the Bulldogs board to explain why they shouldn’t be served with a further penalty of a potential fine and suspension.

“I don’t think contracts are being discussed as far as being terminated at this point in time.

“But I understand where you’re coming from, it’s ordinary, it’s ridiculous.”

If not trying was a breach notice offence he would have been gone long ago. I know players are only human but honestly when you are well paid to do a job and abide by the employer's rules it isn't hard..........
1. Did he get a breach notice because of the videos of him pleasuring himself?
2. Breaching COVID conditions
3. Failing to turn up to training.

There you go

This is what u do.

you dont straight out sack him
you dont keep him
you get him to agree to leave amicably for 2 months future pay, saying he will be sacked otherwise
Good business

His legacy at this club is has been a pure disaster. The sooner he is totally forgotten, and wiped from the club's, and our, memory bank, the better.

What a wasted signing!

A panic signing after losing Klemmer. We would have been better off keeping Klemmer even kicking stones than buying Napa. I never wanted him in the first place & I am sorry I was right. I think most saw this though.

So true. More bad business from those in charge at our club. Don't care who they are, or relying on dragging up old excuses. Just dumb unprofessional management for the past 9 years got us here.

I hated the idea of this jerk joining us. He was nothing more than a thug with a leading head, missile, tackle style and I always called him Jaws.

Absolutely criminal to think this porn star waster was on more money than a brain surgeon or nuclear physicist.

The board asked him to run through a wall of toilet paper and if he can, they will consider keeping him. He went shoulder first and fell into the paper and dropped like soft bag of marshmallows.
Highly irresponsible for the club to use a high priced modern day commodity in such a way.

In one media report they claim the covid 5 returned to training on Monday, now we read that the isolation period end Friday.

Players (and coaching staff) are in "the bubble", the Board members are not.

Always a Bulldog

Yeah apparently they haven’t been training with the group and return on Friday (tomorrow) and need to complete fitness tests before they return
This is bizarre. Baz goes from selecting Flegg players to now rushing out players that haven't even trained for 2 weeks lol. Honestly I don't know why he doesn't just start Topine @ hooker (can actually defend compared to Katoa) and shift Jackson to and edge and start Renouf. At least get as many match fit guys into the starting side so we don't get blown off the park early.

Yeah it makes no sense, say all don’t pass the test what’s the point I doubt any of them would

LOL, I saw Schoupp, Napa, Katoa and Waddell training with firsts and Wakeham training with seconds when I was walking past BSG today. Fun fact: You're able to completely see through BSG now through the fence. There are no coverings.
