Watch the outcome of the piece of shits trial with interest if she doesn’t get at least 5 years, 10 + years would be more appropriate, the qld judicial system is more fekked than she is.

You would have thought after giving her son the name Payne after someone dying in a car crash would make her a careful driver
Just read up on this.

So his brother became a quadraplegic after his mother was in a car accident whilst pregnant with Payne. He was named Payne Lucky Haas as a result.

In 2019 was the accident and in 2020 Chace passed away. In 2022 the family finally spoke about his passing.

But you wonder where it's gone so wrong for the mother (of 9 kids). NRL.COM has a story about the family as well, saying they didn't come from much, but it doesn't explain why the mother in recent times has been a loose unit, even dating back to assaults in 2013.

Apparently has something like 5 assault charges to her name, and now this.

*shakes head*.

She can get life. I think the minimum is 15 years.

Manslaughter
Section 303 provides that a person who unlawfully kills another under such circumstances as not to constitute murder is guilty of manslaughter. A person who is guilty of Manslaughter under section 310 is liable to a maximum sentence of imprisonment for life.

anyone who drives unlicensed and kills somebody should face 15 years minimum
Pissed qld teenager who ran over and killed couple plus unborn baby in stolen car, a year or two ago, from memory was also unlicenced and had a fair rap sheet, got 10 years. The scrum bag has appealed severity, should be some sort of precedent and looking at 10 years minimum.

its the only way they will learn if they cop a harsher sentence of 10 years plus

Would it be impossible for her to get bail already being on probation?

Reports up here that she has declined to speak to Police. I guess that's her defence lawyers advice but it's an open and shut case and a gesture of contrition and feeling remorseful by being frank about the details would have been the decent thing to do IMO.
I don't think a single thing about that piece of garbage is decent.

Court hears Ms Taufua has a lengthy criminal history in NSW and QLD. She has served jail time in NSW previously. Prosecutor is calling for her to be jailed for this road rage attack

Doing decent things would be way out of character for that thing

I was waiting on further information on this crash.. she was driving dangerously on a suspended license, failed to stop for police. This woman should be gaoled..she has caused the death of 3 innocent people..along with the other crimes she has committed..a disgusting individual..

I totally agree and believe everyone thinks she should serve some serious time.
People like her are selfish and have little to no remorse, believe me she will not want to spend a single minute behind bars and will engage a well paid legal team to limit the punishment.
No doubt a particular family member is going to pay solicitors or whoever else is needed.
The fact that she has declined police interviews is on advice and setting a trend for what’s coming, same old story mentally unstable and depression.
