Klaus schwab and the wef talked about this already... its not a conspiracy mate
It's a conspiracy if you can't understand the difference between a preparedness simulation and an actual event.

It's like when they ran simulations back in 2013 to show how a pandemic could affect the world, and Bill Gates talked about how it would cause major issues and based on past experience, a pandemic was expected to come in the next 20 years.

Everyone jumped on that to claim that Bill Gates planned it because the idiots don't understand risk management and preparedness simulations. These sort of simulations are run all the time.

If you're really going to go down that rabbit hole, and you don't understand the purpose of simulations, then I'm going to blow your mind:

The earth is going to be destroyed by an asteroid!

Russia and the US are going to destroy half the world with nuclear weapons!

Bulldogs are going to win the premiership!

Yep. 'cause most governments ignored the warnings. The WHO warned about it after SARS. They advised all governments to prepare a pandemic response. Everyone ignored them.

so every government in the world ignored the WHO but then suddenly the WHO knew everything and people weren’t allowed to go to the beach. Makes sense..

Yes

The International Health Regulations Review Committee declared in 2011 that: "The world is ill-prepared to respond to a severe influenza pandemic or to any similarly global, sustained and threatening public-health emergency."

WHO recommends that all Member States update their pandemic preparedness plans based on the lessons learnt from the 2009 pandemic, new evidence on the effectiveness of public health measures that has become available, and an ongoing risk assessment. To date, 16 countries have published revised national pandemic plans since the 2009 pandemic.

so where are the mass sackings then? or don’t we really care that every government in the world inexplicably defied the advice of the actual organization they put in place..

Have we ever cared?

The WHO gave advice, governments ignored the advice, life goes on. This stuff happens all the time. They develop intergovernmental organisations to provide advice based on the best available information, then generally ignore the advice if it's inconvenient.

WHO - "Prepare for a pandemic"

Governments - "Sounds expensive. We'll just deal with it if it ever happens"

IPCC - "Reduce CO2 to limit the impacts of climate change"

Governments - "Sounds expensive. We'll just deal with the effects when they happen"

We have governments that serve limited terms. Give them advice to spend money now to prevent problems in the future and they'll say, "Why would I help make my opponent look good in the future?"
