yeah he did. they just said it on the nwes

what a sad day tomorrow will be, its not going to be the same without him next year :(

i totally agree :(...im not gonna be used to having someone else other than hazem wearing the number 2:(

lets just hope his last game is on grand final day...and we can send him out a winner. It would be a sad, sad state of affairs if the NRL can't find him a good job being involved in some capacity in the game. I also think many clubs would pay him on the side as a goalkicking coach.

the day we always new was coming this year will finally come today.

going to be glued to the kennel and every other sports site today till they announce it.

Unlike the likes of Lamb & Mortimer, I was able to witness Hazem play his first game all the way through to his last. It's such a sad day but it has to come to an end at some point and I hope he finishes on a high note!

He deserves all the credit he is given. A great man and a great player with a trolley full of records and points.

I would like to think he will still be sticking around the club in the future and doing things to help the staff. Would be great if he passed on his goal-kicking skills to another player at the club, just like Halligan did for him :grinning:

Its probably his time but im devastated! I have always loved Hazem he is such a great man!!!
