Interestingly Corey has actually unfollowed the raiders on his instagram and still follows the bulldogs, however I’m not sure that means anything.
Who cares, he needs to GO!!!Interestingly Corey has actually unfollowed the raiders on his instagram and still follows the bulldogs, however I’m not sure that means anything.
I read Politis has already talked to his manager lol
Agreed mate, we could have worked this deal better. But, like you said, fuck him! While he’s a great attacking option, he’s defensive efforts are a little soft and when we play the raiders next we should run at him all day. Hopefully the money saved is spent wisely on someone who wants to be at the club and giveS his 100% each wk.Well said. So much for the positive vibes. They lasted about half an hour and then the CHN news comes. Anyway, fuck him. I'm not upset about losing the player especially when he has that shit an attitude. But to let him go without even getting someone like Starling in return is really poor management in my opinion.
Why should we just let another club sign one of our best players who is under contract for two more years and get nothing in return when we're not under cap pressure? What other club would do that?
I'm sure CHN can help out with the contacts.Hopefully karma works its magic and Penrith will be dumb enough to release Burton early from his contract.
Matt, if you're reading this, which I'm sure you are, watch and learn from CHN. All you have to do is act like a little bitch, have a massive sook and then Penrith will let you go... and then welcome to the Doggies son
I’m not that disappointed in losing chn.
Though I’m extremely disappointed in the management yet again.
This is a huge cross against them. We lose arguably one of our top 3 players and get absolutely nothing out of it from a top 8 team? Fuck it any team would of done something better than that.
Klemmer shit was woeful enough. This is terrible. Pathetic. They need to be removed ASAP.
Pop the champers
I think you may be missing the fact that a lawyer, doctor, accountant etc has ~40 years after they graduate to earn $big, an NRL player has maybe ~10 years after they "graduate". So they have to maximise their earnings for that short period of time, because after that the vast majority of them have nothing much to earn an income from. A %couple end up in the media somewhere, a %couple end up coaching, in administration etc and the rest may have used their "education" payments to actually set themselves up for a career after football. The 90% end up driving trucks, cleaning up garbage, laying bricks or digging ditches. I don't begrudge a professional sportsperson earning while they can, because it doesn't last that long. These NRL guys are way over paid for the ROI they generate for the club. To answer your question about the higher class the only doctors that earn over 500k are specialists (surgeons, anesthetists, psychiatrists etc). It's a minimum 10 years at university (7 years med + 3 years post grad). Your family GP makes around 300k (7 years med). A very low % of med grads will become specialists as the numbers are controlled by the AMA.
Generally lawyers don't make 500k+ unless you are a QC, direct report to the CEO level at a big law firm or publicly listed company or a shady well known defence or compensation lawyer. I'll say less than 10%. Bankers are mainly Commerce grads. You'll either have to be an Investment Bank at Macquarie or a direct report to the CEO level. Low %. My former colleague was a Finance prize winner at UNSW Commerce (the most sought after Commerce degree in NSW) and it took her about 12 years work experience to get over 120k and she was performing in the top 1% in the department.
That Rashay scum was never signing on or staying on.1 week offence according to your privileges you think you are entitled to
The brat is one of the major reasons we lost our major sponsorship for the next 2 years, along with derailing our season.
He has been let off way too lightly.
These brats in there early 20's are earning hundreds on thousands of dollars per year. CHN is probably on half a mill a year. How many years of schooling and being offsiders do the higher class (doctors, lawyers, bankers, etc) need to earn anything near that amount? What are the consequences for these people when they fuck up and bring their organisation into the lime light for the wrong reasons?
1 week in your demented head.
The privileged spoilt brat needs his next 2 and a half years of salary taken away from him and sent to do community service
That ain't karma. Penrith haven't done anything wrong. They are probably watching us eating popcorn and just thinking 'what train wrecks'.Hopefully karma works its magic and Penrith will be dumb enough to release Burton early from his contract.

They laid the boot in publically. What shits me about this is the NRL deregistered the players so what the fuck was the club gonna do but sack them.
this whole situation is a total mess .
I was a huge fan of CHN and I backed him on the kennel but as far as I’m concerned now he’s a total fucking loser
Do you know that a brick layer earns 50% more than a degree qualified engineer with 20 years experience?I think you may be missing the fact that a lawyer, doctor, accountant etc has ~40 years after they graduate to earn $big, an NRL player has maybe ~10 years after they "graduate". So they have to maximise their earnings for that short period of time, because after that the vast majority of them have nothing much to earn an income from. Go Dogs
Absolutely. The club probably assumed there was 0% chance he would win the appeal so they didn't want to waste any time and energy on it but they should still have done so from a mental health perspective. Piss weak from management.....againWell after all the good news we get this crap.
I cannot believe someone from the club didnt manage to check in on him?
